Valencia is the world's most important orange variety, The fruit is of high quality and commercially seedless (0-6 seeds), The peel is thin and the pulp is tender and very juicy.

Valencia oranges have a sweet flavor, which is balanced with tanginess and tartness, but without too much acidity. 

 The Mexican lime is the familiar round lime grown mainly in Mexico, Their thin skin sits very tightly and has few seeds, some are seedless. The flesh and juice of lime often show a lovely shade of spring green.  

The Tahiti lime is the elongated or ovate seedless lime, often with beautiful spring green flesh and juice, the small immature fruits are virtually indistinguishable from small Mexican limes but bigger fruit are often more oval, It is less acidic and often juicier than the Mexican lime. 

The Clementines Fruit size ranges from medium-small to medium, forms slightly oblate through globose to oblong, and is sometimes broadly pyriform from the development of the neck or collar. Rind medium in thickness, moderately firm and adherent but easily peelable and does not puff until well after maturity. Surface smooth and glossy but slightly pebbled because of prominent oil glands; color deep orange to reddish-orange. Flesh deep orange; tender and melting; juicy; flavor sweet; subacid and aromatic. 

The Murcott fruit size is medium, and their shape is flattened at the top and the base, and the fruits have a semi-hollow axis, and the smooth, glossy rind is not loose or swollen, so it is not easy to peel like other mandarin varieties, but it is still easy to peel when fresh, and the color of the peel and pulp is red-orange, and the taste is luxurious.

The Minneola fruit has an attractive colour, excellent flavour, and low seed content have made it popular. Minneola can readily be recognized by its typical 'neck'. The rind colour is deep reddish-orange; medium-thin, with smooth, finely pitted surface and moderately adherent skin.  The flesh is orange-coloured, tender, juicy and aromatic; the flavour is rich and tart.
